T.J. Hockenson Providing Stability In Camp
3 years agoDetroit Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson continues to be the team's best offensive weapon thus far in camp. The Lions wide receivers group has dealt with injuries here and there but Hockenson has been a stable, daily presence. The third-year tight end racked up 101 targets last season, catching 67 passes for 723 yards and six touchdowns. Those numbers have Hockenson knocking on the door of being ranked among the top-five of fantasy tight ends and could take another leap this season. Hockenson caught only one touchdown over his last eight games but that could be attributed to injuries that befell now-departed quarterback Matthew Stafford. Expect new starter Jared Goff to target Hockenson often in the early portions of the regular season.
