Hilton (shoulder) hasn't been practicing for a Week 14 tilt with the Houston Texans, but fantasy owners should without a doubt fire him up if he manages to play. Aside from the fact that he is getting 25.8 percent of the team's targets over their past four games and had seven or more receptions in three straight games, Texans starting defensive back Jonathan Joseph is dealing with a neck injury that puts his status in jeopardy.
