3 years agoBuffalo Sabres forward Tage Thompson had a second consecutive multi-point outing on Monday against Columbus with two goals. He opened the scoring with an even-strength marker and had a power-play goal in the second period. The 24-year-old is now up to eight goals for the campaign. He's added five assists in 18 games and sits on 51 shots for the season. The Sabres are having a tough time this month, but Thompson has enjoyed plenty of personal success with nine points in 10 games.
