4 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Taijuan Walker allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings versus the Red Sox Thursday, settling for a no-decision in the team’s 6-2 extra-inning win. In his second start with his new club, the right-hander gave up six hits and a walk while striking out four in the 81-pitch effort. Walker now owns a sharp 3.26 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with 33 punchouts through 38 2/3 IP this season after missing the entire 2019 campaign recovering from Tommy John surgery. Although his move to the AL East is less than ideal, he still carries mixed-league value during his resurgent season.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
