Tanner Houck Allows Two Runs In Game One
3 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Tanner Houck was recalled to start the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the New York Yankees, and he went four innings, allowing two runs on five hits and no walks. He struck out two batters. Houck didn't have his best stuff in this one, but he battled enough to keep the Red Sox in the game. Fantasy managers are surely looking for more length from Houck, who hasn't gone more than five innings in an outing this year. Even so, his strikeout upside keeps him worthy of a roster spot.
