Tanner Houck Takes No-Decision In Uneven Outing
3 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Tanner Houck worked himself into a number of jams Sunday against Cleveland, but he was fortunate enough to work himself out of most of them. Houck allowed three runs on one hit and four walks and three hit-batsmen in 5 1/3 innings while striking out three. This was his longest outing of the season, and he likely was given a longer leash with the bullpen depleted. Fantasy managers can count on excellent stuff with Houck, but he will not be a solid source of wins or quality starts.
