3 years agoWashington Nationals relief pitcher Tanner Rainey earned his third save of the season Monday, allowing one run on one hit and one walk. He did not strike out a batter. Most notably, Rainey entered the game after Kyle Finnegan, indicating that Rainey may have taken over the closer role for the remainder of the season.
