Tanner Roark Strikes Out Seven In Loss
6 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Tanner Roark allowed two runs in five innings in an 8-3 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday. Roark struck out seven and walked three in the hard-luck loss. The veteran right-hander has pitched well for the Reds this season, posting a 3-3 record, 3.51 ERA, 1.42 WHIP, and 50 strikeouts in 51 1/3 innings of work. Roark is striking batters out at the highest rate of his career, which makes him interesting as a potential streamer in fantasy leagues. He will take the mound against the Chicago Cubs in his next start.
