4 years agoChicago Bears running back Tarik Cohen's value will be on the rise heading into fantasy draft's this weekend, as it looks increasingly possible that starter David Montgomery misses Week 1 with a groin injury. It was a wildly disappointing season for the diminutive playmaker in 2019 after he racked up 1,169 all-purpose yards in 2018. Cohen's receptions actually increased last season with a career-high 79, but his yards per catch sliced almost in half from 10.2 in '18 to 5.8. The fourth-year running back can be dangerous in the open field, but the Bears coaching staff struggled to get him the ball in space. Despite the regression last season, Cohen will have positive value heading into Week 1 as he stands atop the Bears depth chart heading into their matchup against the Lions.--Joey C - RotoBaller
