3 years agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Tarik Skubal is enjoying a strong start to the 2022 season. The left-handed starter has thrown 15.2 innings in his three outings so far, striking out 16 batters while walking just one. He's also pitched to a 2.30 ERA and a 1.23 FIP during that span. Detroit's best starting pitcher early in the season, Skubal should continue to benefit from home starts at Comerica Park. His next scheduled start will come Thursday in Minnesota against the Twins.
