2 years agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Tarik Skubal (forearm/elbow) was transferred to the 60-day IL on Friday. While this move appeared likely to end Skubal's season, manager A.J. Hinch made it official when asked about the injury. Hinch also said that the issue, deemed a forearm injury at first, is more related to the elbow area and that the Tigers are "concerned about Tarik. Not good news at all for Skubal, and the hope now is that he can recover over the off-season and be ready to go next year. He is droppable in all redraft leagues.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
