2 years agoDetroit Tigers pitcher Tarik Skubal allowed two hits and one walk while striking out six across seven scoreless innings in Wednesday's 5-0 win over the Minnesota Twins. The southpaw picked up his fourth win of the season. He threw 103 pitches, landing 63 for strikes. The 25-year-old's breakout season continues, posting a 2.15 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, and 61 strikeouts across 58 2/3 innings. He emerged as Detroit's ace and has become the better late-round value picks in 2022 fantasy drafts.
