7 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin will either be traded or released by the team before the start of the new league year, according to sources. He is owed $8 million in 2018. The soon-to-be 28-year-old has been a massive bust for the Rams. He's a glorified gadget player that no offensive coordinator can seem to find a role for. He recorded a career-low 13 catches for 47 yards and zero touchdowns in 2017 under new head coach Sean McVay. Austin is probably best off as a full-time special teams player at this point of his career and is highly unlikely to make a fantasy impact for another club moving forward.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
