3 years agoFree-agent cornerback Tavon Young signed a one-year, $1.365 million deal with the Chicago Bears. The deal includes $650,000 guaranteed with a $150,000 signing bonus, a $965,000 base salary ($500,000 guaranteed), $11,765 per game if active and up to $400,000 in playoff incentives. Young was released by the Baltimore Ravens last month after spending the first four seasons of his career with the team. The 28-year-old saw a decreased role in 2021 and finished with 35 tackles (30 solo), four tackles for loss, three QB hits, two sacks, one interception and three passes defensed in 17 games (seven starts).
