6 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Taylor Gabriel will look to get his Bears career on the right path when the team takes on the Packers Sunday night in Week 1. The free-agent acquisition has battled a foot injury at times during the preseason but appears to be ready to roll. Gabriel took a step back last season after scoring seven total touchdowns and racking up 579 yards for the Falcons in 2016. Now he will begin the season as the number two receiver but should also see some time in the slot. Gabriel will go up against a Packers defense that allowed a league-high 21 receiving touchdowns to opposing wideouts last season. It is unclear how involved Gabriel will be in the Bears new-look offense but could become a game-breaker over time. For now, Gabriel does not deserve a fantasy roster spot.--Joey C - RotoBaller
