Taylor Trammell Hits First Home Run
4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Taylor Trammell hit his first major league home run Saturday afternoon, knocking a Michael Pineda fastball over the right field wall in the top of the third inning to give the Mariners a 1-0 lead. For the afternoon, Trammell went 1-for-3 with the home run, a walk, and two runs scored. Trammell has struggled to a .136 batting average over his first 22 at-bats, but he still offers a solid floor with his speed and on-base skills. He is a solid bench add for the time being.
