7 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels made a flurry of minor league call-ups on Tuesday, including catcher/third baseman Taylor Ward being promoted from Double-A to Triple-A. Unfortunately, Ward cut himself while packing and was placed on the Double-A disabled list. He will be sent to Triple-A when he is healed. Ward was a catching prospect whom the Angels have moved to third base this season. He is slashing a blistering .345/.453/.520 at Double-A with six home runs and eight stolen bases. He should be firmly on the radar in dynasty leagues and AL-only formats.--patton
