4 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater draws a tough matchup in Week 2 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' improved defense. Tampa Bay's pass rush made Hall of Famer Drew Brees look very ordinary in Week 1 and could do the same to Bridgewater, especially considering his offensive line isn't as good as Brees'. The 27-year-old threw for 270 yards and a score against Oakland, though their defense isn't as talented as the Buccaneers'. The best case scenario for Bridgewater this week is that Tampa Bay jumps out to a big lead, forcing him to throw the ball to keep up. Still, the matchup isn't enticing enough to look at him as anything more than a QB2.--Tim Capurso
