7 years agoWhile the New York Jets deal with quarterback Teddy Bridgewater hasn't been made official yet, the quarterback has passed his physical and the Jets will announce the deal soon, according to a league source. There was some speculation that the deal may be voided after the Jets moved up to third overall in this year's draft. Bridgewater suffered a bad knee injury and missed all of 2016 and played in just one game for the Vikings in 2017. New York also re-signed Josh McCown, and the signal caller they take third overall in the draft could compete for the starting gig immediately, too, leaving Bridgewater's playing time completely up in the air in 2018.
