Teddy Bridgewater Released From Hospital
3 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) has been released from the hospital and will now enter the league's concussion protocol after being carted off the field in Sunday's loss to the Bengals. It is good news that he has already been released from the hospital, but is safe to assume that Bridgewater will miss next week's game against the Raiders based on the nature of his injury. This would put Drew Lock in line for his first start of the season. Lock took over in relief on Sunday and finished with 88 passing yards and a touchdown while throwing an interception and completing just 50% of his passes. He is not on the fantasy radar in conventional one-QB formats but could be an option in two-QB or super-flex leagues. Still, he is at best a low-end QB2 should he get the start in place of Bridgewater in Week 16.
