6 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has been traded to the New Orleans Saints. Compensation has not been released yet but the move signals developments for the future and the present for both teams. The future is that the Saints may have just acquired their quarterback of the future for whenever the 39-year-old Drew Brees decides to hang it up. The present is that it is now clear that Sam Darnold will be the Jets starting quarterback for Week 1.
