3 years agoCincinnati Reds relief pitcher Tejay Antone (forearm) was placed back on the injured list on Saturday after returning earlier in the week, Bob Nightengale reported. The 27-year-old right-hander made two appearances since being activated from the IL on Tuesday but appears to still be dealing with inflammation in his pitching arm. Antone's return was no doubt a welcome sight for fantasy managers given his 1.60 ERA through 33 2/3 innings pitched in relief for the Reds this season, although continued setbacks with his forearm are a cause for concern. Only hang onto him in deeper leagues that score saves and holds. In a related move, Cincinnati has recalled reliever Cionel Perez from Triple-A Louisville. He has an 8.31 ERA through 17 1/3 innings pitched this season and won't be a fantasy asset.--Chelena Goldman
