4 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez (COVID-19) has passed his COVID clearance test and has returned to the team's complex, according to Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic. Hernandez was first placed on the COVID-19 injured list on April 9, and manager Charlie Montoyo said they will let Hernandez tell the team how he is feeling in terms of when he'll be ready to return to game action after his extended absence. He had gotten off to a slow start before being placed on the injured list, slashing .207/.207/.310 with one home run and 14 strikeouts in 29 plate appearances.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
