3 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez launched his 24th home run and 92nd RBI of the season on Saturday to help his team defeat the Athletics 10-8. His three-run shot off Jake Diekman in the seventh gave his club some much needed insurance at the time for his only hit of the ball game as he finished the afternoon going 1-for-3 with a walk. Hernandez has been hot since the break by wrapping up August with six homers, 23 RBI, and a .301 BA and he's picking up where he left off so far in September going 3-for-9 with two homers in three games. The 28-year-old should remain a strong fantasy asset the rest of the way batting in the middle of the Jays potent lineup.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
