Terry McLaurin Continues Breakout Rookie Campaign
5 years agoWashington Redskins wide receiver Terry McLaurin caught two touchdowns in Miami on Sunday, and those scores just happened to make the difference in his team's first victory of the season. McLaurin has now caught a touchdown in all four games in which both he and Case Keenum have played. His final line for the day was four catches on seven targets for an even 100 yards. His two scores came on plays of 25 and 33 yards. Despite a string of tough defenses coming up on his schedule before a Week 10 bye, McLaurin's role as the clear number-one receiver in the Redskins offense is enough to consider him a flex play going forward. The connection between McLaurin and Keenum is just too strong to ignore.
