3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Terry McLaurin and his new quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick have already started to build a connection before training camp kicks off in late July. "We've definitely been able to iron out some things early and made some connection over the past few days. It's starting to feel a lot more natural and being able to get that head start before camp is good," McLaurin said. As Washington's No.1 option in the passing game, McLaurin has the potential for a true breakout season. He finished 13th in receiving yards (1,118) while dealing with lackluster quarterback play during the 2020 season. With more consistent QB play, McLaurin has the potential to catapult into the elite tier of wide receivers in the 2021 campaign. McLaurin will look to be more efficient with Fitzpatrick throwing him the ball in order to improve on the 87 passes that he caught in 2020. In 2021, McLaurin is a solid WR1 with elite upside.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
