Terry McLaurin In Line To Start In Week 1
5 years agoWashington Redskins wide receiver Terry McLaurin is set to join Paul Richardson and Trey Quinn as the team's starters at the position. The rookie McLaurin was evidently impressive enough in camp that the Redskins felt comfortable cutting ties with Josh Doctson. Both McLaurin and his new team will hope for better results than the Doctson years produced. As for McLaurin's Week 1 potential, it's best to stay away. The Redskins are a run-first team, and this iteration of their pass offense has no history of being a viable fantasy well. At the very least, we're waiting to see how things unfold for a week or two with Case Keenum at the helm and a largely unproven bunch of pass catchers.
