Terry McLaurin Picks Up 61 Yards In Opener
4 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Terry McLaurin caught five passes for 61 yards in a Week 1 win over the Eagles. McLaurin was shadowed by new Eagles cornerback Darius Slay and struggled to consistently get open for Dwayne Haskins. The good news for McLaurin is he still led the team with seven targets. This will likely happen most of the season with McLaurin, as teams can focus all their coverage to stop the second-year receiver. On the other hand, most teams don't have a corner like Slay so McLaurin should have some big weeks mixed in as the go-to option in this passing game. He's a solid WR2 in fantasy but faces another solid secondary next week at Arizona.
