2 years agoNew York Jets running back Tevin Coleman (illness) was activated from the non-football injury list on Wednesday. The veteran was expected to be the team's No. 1 option out of the backfield last season. However, he played only 11 games and finished with a miserable 305 yards off 84 attempts. With the Jets taking Iowa State's Breece Hall in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Coleman will primarily battle Michael Carter for the backup spot, although the latter appears to have the edge. Ty Johnson (hamstring) and La'Mical Perine will also be hunting for snaps this year, so Coleman's fantasy stock may arguably be at the lowest point of his career.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
