3 years agoNew York Jets running back Tevin Coleman is listed on the top of the depth chart and will start in the regular-season opener against the Carolina Panthers. The Jets are expected to use a running back by committee this season; Ty Johnson and Michael Carter will be involved in some capacity. The 28-year-old rushed for 53 yards on 28 carries while catching four passes for 34 yards across eight games for the San Francisco 49ers in 2020. Coleman may have the starting job but isn't a strong fantasy option in Week 1. Fantasy managers should continue to roster the veteran RB as he will have a vital role to start the year.
