4 years agoPride FC and UFC veteran Antonio Rogerio Nogueira called it a career after his split-decision loss to fellow Brazilian Shogun Rua. Nogueira ends his career with a 23-10 record, being noted as one of the sport's pioneers. He made his professional career debut almost 20 years ago in 2001. After a successful Pride FC run in Japan, Nogueira joined the UFC in November of 2009. Many MMA fighters are known for their retirements to come quickly, but for someone like Nogueira who has done it all, there is no reason for the legend to need to come back to the Octagon.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
