6 years agoOttawa Senators defenseman Thomas Chabot scored two goals and added an assist along with five shots on goal and one block in the 5-3 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. Chabot is making it easy for Sens fans to forget about Erik Karlsson as his two highlight reel worthy goals, along with the game-winner in the third period sealed the deal for the Senators. With the departure of Karlsson, he is now being looked at to be the number one defenseman in Ottawa, and has taken advantage of it to the fullest. He now has four points in two games and needs to be added in all formats.--Caden Inaba
