Three Straight Multi-Hit Games For Amed Rosario
6 years agoIt may have taken some time, but New York Mets shortstop Amed Rosario is definitely starting to show why he was one of baseball’s best prospects just a year ago. In a 4-1 win over the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday, Rosario finished 2-for-4 with a double, a triple and two runs scored. The multi-hit game was his third in a row and fourth game overall with a base knock. Rosario’s slash line still sits at a meager .265/.292/.394, but he is certainly on the upswing now. We wouldn’t expect a high on-base percentage due to his inability to take walks, but there is an intriguing power/speed combination here if he can hone in on it.
