3 years agoUpdating a previous report, the New York Yankees have three players who have tested positive for COVID-19. General manager Brian Cashman noted the three positive tests and that the club is awaiting results on three more tests, also believed to be positive. Jonathan Loaisiga, Wandy Peralta, and Nestor Cortes have all been placed on the COVID injured list and are positive cases, per Cashman. While Thursday's game against the Boston Red Sox has been postponed, the league has yet to make a decision on the status of Friday and Saturday's games.
