4 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and two runs scored on Friday versus the Los Angeles Angels. Anderson's home run came off of Angels closer Raisel Iglesias to give the White Sox a big insurance run in the top of the ninth inning. The All-Star enters the year as the White Sox leadoff hitter and he remains a very attractive option for managers with his ability to help across the board and by being at the top of one of the most powerful lineups in the league. Anderson will look to keep it going versus the Angels and opposing pitcher Alex Cobb on Friday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
