3 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson was the offensive star Friday night, going 3-for-6 with a home run, two RBI, and four runs scored in a 7-5 11-inning victory over the Tampa Bay Rays. Anderson's home run, his 14th of the season, was a game-tying solo shot in the top of the ninth inning off relief pitcher J.T. Chargois. Anderson has shown a flair for clutch home runs lately, but more importantly he's slashing .338/.338/.606 with five home runs in his last 15 games. Fantasy managers should never sit Anderson, especially when he's on this kind of power binge.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
