3 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson will miss his second consecutive game on Sunday versus the Tampa Bay Rays. Manager Tony La Russa said that Anderson's "legs are barking" and that if it were October, Anderson would be able to play. It's good news that Anderson isn't hurt and is just sore at the moment. The talented shortstop is having another productive season and is hitting .303 with 14 home runs, 51 RBI and 17 stolen bases. The shortstop remains day-to-day and will be replaced in the lineup by infielder Danny Mendick. Mendick will bat eighth versus Chris Archer and is a dart throw in DFS.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
