6 years agoThe red-hot start to 2019 continues for Seattle Mariners shortstop Tim Beckham. He led the M's offense in the team's 9-2 win over the White Sox, recording four hits, including a homer, as he finished the day with three RBI and two runs scored. Beckham is raking at the dish so far in 2019, batting a flashy .410 with four round-trippers and 11 RBI. Beckham should be in fantasy starting lineups as long as the hot streak lasts, but he's sure to come down to earth eventually. The 29-year-old has a career .254 average and has eclipsed 12 homers only one time in a season, so darker days are on the horizon for the M's shortstop. Perhaps he's found a new swing, but it's inevitable that the hitting spree will level out.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
