Tim Locastro Starting On Sunday
3 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Tim Locastro was recalled from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and is starting in left field and hitting ninth on Sunday against Baltimore Orioles left-hander Bruce Zimmermann. Locastro is likely to serve as outfield depth for as long as he remains on the Yankees major league roster. The 29-year-old hit just .180 with two home runs, seven RBI and five stolen bases in 64 games with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Yankees last year, and he has a career .231/.333/.329 slash line with five home runs, 31 RBI and 31 steals in 209 games over five major league seasons. He'll be a long shot to return any DFS value in his season debut Sunday.
