Titans Defense Gets Jadeveon Clowney Back Thursday
4 years agoTennessee Titans linebacker/defensive end Jadeveon Clowney (knee) will suit up for Thursday's game against the Colts, ultimately missing just one contest due to a meniscus injury. The Titans Defense was expected to get the pass-rushing extraordinaire back in the mix, but his official presence should be a boon for the group despite his zero sacks on the season. While Indianapolis quarterback Philip Rivers has been sacked just seven times this year, he has tossed seven interceptions, leaving the door ajar for Tennessee as a streamable defensive unit in medium-sized or larger season-long formats. Looking ahead, the Titans' defense has multiple favorable matchups during the second half of the season, and a healthy Clowney will only boost their outlook.
