Titans Sign Harold Landry To Five-Year Deal
3 years agoThe Tennessee Titans re-signed outside linebacker Harold Landry to a five-year, $87.5 million contract extension with $52.5 million guaranteed on Tuesday, according to sources. The Titans prioritized bringing the 25-year-old pass-rusher back after he had a career-high 12 sacks last season in the last year of his rookie deal. Landry was selected by Tennessee in the second round of the 2018 draft out of Boston College, and he produced 44 tackles (24 solo), five tackles for loss, 14 QB hits, a forced fumble and 4.5 sacks in his first year in the NFL. Landry, who was named to his first Pro Bowl after last season, has 31 total sacks in his first four seasons and will continue to lead the Titans D.
