4 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Todd Gurley II enjoyed a nice bounce-back performance in a loss to the Lions. Gurley II handled a season-high 25 touches, turning them into a disappointing 82 scrimmage yards, though he found the end zone twice. It's become somewhat of a theme for the veteran back, as he's been largely unimpressive on the ground aside from games against the Bears and Panthers. Still, he's been a rock-solid RB2 for fantasy purposes. A juicy matchup awaits in Week 8 against the Panthers, who allowed Gurley II to run wild for 121 rushing yards in Week 6.--Tim Capurso
