3 years agoNow that Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has unretired, there's a chance that he could be back for more than just one season. General manager Jason Licht kept his plans close to his vest when asked if the team was likely to extend Brady past the 2022 season to free up additional salary cap space. "We have some work to do, and we've got some plans," Licht said. "There's several ways to go about it, but I don't want to get into too much of what we're doing. We've got several alternatives that we can do, and we're confident that we'll be able to get it done." The seven-time Super Bowl champion certainly looked like he has at least multiple years left after throwing for a league-high 5,316 yards and 43 touchdowns in the regular season in 2021.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
