5 years agoSan Jose Sharks forward Tomas Hertl tallied his first points of the season in Sunday's 3-1 win over Calgary, assisting Kevin Labanc on his second goal of the season and scoring a short-handed goal himself to wrap up the scoring. Timo Meier also scored and Logan Couture extended his point streak to four games with two assists. Hertl had a magnificent year last season with 35 goals and 74 points in 77, but he's been slow out of the gate in 2019-20. With that said, the whole team has struggled and there's still plenty of time left to turn things around. The Sharks take on Carolina next against whom Hertl has recorded 10 points in 10 career games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
