2 years agoSan Francisco Giants second baseman Tommy La Stella (illness) was activated from the COVID-19 injured list Tuesday. He will return to action for the first time since being placed on the COVID-19 IL on July 8. The 33-year-old is slashing .241/.281/.375 with two home runs, 11 RBI, and 13 runs scored across 35 games in 2022. He wasn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks since southpaw Tyler Gilbert was on the mound. La Stella is splitting time at second base with Wilmer Flores and Thairo Estrada, making him mainly an option in NL-Only league formats.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
