3 years agoSan Francisco Giants second baseman Tommy La Stella isn't starting on Saturday. The Giants will take on the Los Angeles Dodgers and left-handed starter Julio Urias in Game 2 of their National League Division Series but will do so with La Stella on the bench. The infielder hit .250 with a .308 on-base percentage and seven home runs in 242 plate appearances during the regular season. He also collected a pair of hits and a walk in Friday's series-opening win. Instead, it'll be Donovan Solano batting eighth and getting the start at second base. Solano hit .301 with a .344 on-base percentage and five home runs in 123 plate appearances against left-handed pitching during the regular season.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
