6 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Tommy La Stella went 2-for-5 with a home run and four runs batted in as the Angels were out-slugged by the Twins 16-7 on Thursday. La Stella is enjoying perhaps his best month as a pro this May, slashing .365/.403/.619 with one double, five home runs and 13 runs batted in. For the season, the former bench specialist is slashing .302/.374/.576 with a career-high 12 home runs and 31 runs batted in. Fantasy owners need not wait any longer for a player who is only 70% owned currently on several fantasy sites. La Stella is absolutely worth a pickup and is trending towards a possible All-Star berth.--Joey C - RotoBaller
