Tommy Pham Expects To Play Monday After Wall Collision
3 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Tommy Pham (knee) expects to play Monday against the Atlanta Braves. Pham was removed from Sunday's contest after colliding into the wall and fortunately, the swelling has subsided. The 33-year-old feasted over the weekend series against the Washington Nationals, collecting eight knocks in 12 at-bats with a homer, steal, eight runs and three RBI. Pham has turned his season around brilliantly, slashing .271/.382/.431 with 10 homers, 13 steals and 88 runs-plus-RBI in 353 plate appearances. Judging by the lack of concern from the club, fantasy managers can comfortably deploy him as a high-end OF3 this week.
