Tommy Pham Isn't In Saturday's Lineup
3 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Tommy Pham isn't starting on Saturday against the Philadelphia Phillies and right-hander Aaron Nola. Pham is batting .242 with a .351 on-base percentage, 13 home runs, and 13 stolen bases in 461 plate appearances this season. It'll be Wil Myers starting in left field in Pham's place and batting seventh. The 30-year-old is batting .261 with a .343 on-base percentage, 15 home runs, and seven stolen bases in 396 plate appearances for the Padres this year. It's a tough matchup against Nola, but Myers has some streaming appeal in daily fantasy play or in smaller leagues where on-base percentage is part of the scoring.
