3 years agoCarolina Hurricanes defenseman Tony DeAngelo did not play much in the third period on Friday night but did not have to, as his three points in the first 40 minutes paved the way to a 6-3 Carolina win. DeAngelo tallied a goal and two assists on three shots in just 12:25 of ice time. The defenseman still played 3:49 on the power play against the Chicago Blackhawks. This brings DeAngelo up to two goals and six assists on the young season. The blue-liner also added another power-play point to his coffers as well.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
